As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Work with the finance team for record keeping and invoicing, payroll.
  • Utilise MS Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support the team with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organising documents.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Aid in the management of office supplies and inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.

Skills

  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Competent typing skills for efficient documentation.
  • Experience in an office environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
