Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Greenock, Scotland
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Work Style: Primarily office-based, with travel to other offices across Glasgow (own transport required)

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Greenock. In this role, youll be responsible for developing and managing social media campaigns, producing high-quality photo and video content, and reporting on results to drive our brands online presence and engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for digital content to an established company looking to expand its social reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development and Management: Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns that align with our brand and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Capture, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content across platforms to grow our online presence and engage our audience.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and analyze campaign results, producing monthly reports that highlight key insights, engagement metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teams across offices in Greenock and Glasgow to ensure campaigns represent all areas of our business effectively.
  • Travel as Needed:The role will mostly be based in Greenock, with occasional visits to offices in the Glasgow to capture content and collaborate with staff; a vehicle is required for this role.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a social media role, ideally within a business setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality photo and video content tailored for social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Own vehicle and valid UK driving license (required for travel between offices).
