The position offers a salary of approximately £29,000 and requires proven team leading skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 44 hours per week, with overtime available occasionally.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a local Sawmill and be part of a strong team looking to grow over the next year.

Job Responsibilities

This will be a hands on role very shop floor based leading the Production facility, ideally from a timber background.
Have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
Ensure all products are produced effectively and efficiently as well as maintaining quality standards.
Be accountable for the finished product
Attend daily Production meetings where targets are made clear
Carry out inductions for new starters
