Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with an Lincolnshire based organisation for the recruitment of an AAT Asset Accountant.

The Asset Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Finance Business Partner in providing all aspects of financial support to cost centre managers up to Executive level. The role requires someone to prepare and present relevant financial information, on a timely basis and to ensure that the businesses financial plans and obligations are met.

The Asset Accountant should have experience in process improvement, and be committed to support the preparation, analysis and communication of financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. The role will support all aspects of Asset Management, including Planned Maintenance, Capital Component Replacement, Development, and Property disposals
