NJR Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a fast-growing Financial Planning firm which provides professional, face to face financial advice to clients throughout the UK. Due to growth, they are now looking for an ambitious Administrator to join their team based in Grimsby.

The main purpose of the role will be to support Financial Planners and the Senior Paraplanner will all aspects of the administration including the following:

  • Processing New Business
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Managing an Adviser's diary
  • Creating meeting packs
  • Liaising with a variety of providers
  • Assisting the Paraplanner with product research and report writing

This role will be of key importance within the business and the successful candidate will ideally have previous financial services and administrative experience within a fast-paced Client facing environment. Those from banking or other professional or regulated environments, such as legal, would also be of interest. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

Ideally the successful applicant will be working towards either Level 4 Diploma qualification in Financial Planning or CISI Level 4 Certificate of Paraplanning with a good working knowledge of protection, pensions and investment products.
