The role
- Involved in all aspects of a function asphalt production facility
- Batching asphalt
- Operating the loading shovel
- Operating the weighbridge
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of all plant equipment
- Using IT systems
- Mon - Fri 6am to 4pm
What you need
- Ideally experience working with an asphalt plant, but would consider concrete, cement, mortar, aggregates, or quarrying
- Ideally experience and a ticket to operate a loading shovel
- Ideally experience of operating a weighbridge
- Understanding of basic maintenance of plant equipment
- Experience of working in an environment where H&S is paramount
