Behaviour support role.
Academics are looking to recruit experienced behaviour support specialists to join us for multiple opportunities in a well-established alternative provision based in Grimsby. The roles are focused specifically in KS3 / KS4 with students with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs.
The successful candidates will:
- Have previous experience working with challenging behaviour
- A resilient attitude
- An adaptable and quick thinking mind set
- The ability to build relationships
