Car Sales Manager - North Lincolnshire

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work with our established team.

The RoleOur client, a successful multi-franchised Dealer Group is looking for a Car Sales Manager to lead the successful sales department of their dealership in North Lincolnshire. The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role.

  • Main Duties Include:
  • Drive sales and financial targets
  • Develop a successful sales team through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Generate sales plans and budgets to include new/used vehicles
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work with the Group and Brand managers to formulate policies and procedures to increase sales of new/used vehicles
  • To help the retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
  • Communicate and interact with other departments within the business to determine how sales and profit performance improvements can be made
  • Manage the stock in line with Retailer and Brand requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environmentEssential requirements
  • Ability to achieve manufacturer targets
  • The ability to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with drive and enthusiasm
  • Focus on achieving goals and the ability to demonstrate high achievements
  • Experience within a similar role
