Front of House Receptionist
Based in Grimsby
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.30
Salary: 12.21 per hour
Prestige Recruitment are currently recruiting for a receptionist for a loyal client based in Grimsby. The hours for this role will be from 09.00 - 17.30, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time office-based role.
The ideal candidate will be someone who comes from a reception, admin or customer facing based background, who are, immaculately presented, an exceptional communicator and someone who is meticulously organised.
Duties Will Include
- Meeting and greeting visitors, customers, and clients
- Answering phone calls and directing to the relevant person
- Taking concise messages when necessary
- General administration duties
- Excellent housekeeping - always maintaining a clean and presentable reception area
- Booking and managing meeting rooms
- Managing the post and deliveries
We Are Looking for Candidates With
- Receptionist or Administration background.
- Fantastic communication skills - this role will involve speaking to a wide range of people and any applicants must have an excellent telephone manner as well as face to face communication skills
- Initiative
- A flexible attitude
- Excellent IT skills including all MS Office programs, especially excel
- Presentable manner
- Ability to deal with any confrontation
