CLASS 1 DRIVER

MONDAY - FRIDAY: STARTS

£15.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for our well-established client based in Grimsby.

This work will be working on a general haulage contract with a lot of work being on pallet network.

Day to Day Duties

• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• General Haulage
• Tail lift
• Pump truck
• Pallet work
• Handball may be required
• Strapping loads correctly
• Positive 'can do' attitude
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Comply with Driving rules and regulations

Essential Skills

• Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
• Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
• Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving CE vehicles
• Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on general haulage is desirable but not essential

Training

• Driving Assessment required
