Description
- Identify and target potential clients within the On-Trade sector, with a focus on high end pubs and restaurants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders within the sector and understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Hold wine tastings and presentations to showcase our products and generate interest.
- Develop wine listings for Customers to support their business.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Manage sales territory effectively, planning and organising sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Profile
- Ideally you will have;
- Proven experience in On-Trade Wine Sales.
- Strong knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions and tasting notes.
- Qualifed to WSET Level 2/3.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
