Develop and implement commercial training programs aligned with client needs

Requirements:
Proven experience in training management, preferably within industrial sectors such as Construction, Renewables,Transport, petrochemical, food processing and Warehousing
Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
Knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and workforce training standards
Ability to create and deliver engaging training content
