As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be:
  • Working collaboratively across all service areas developing customer insight and feedback to continuously improve
  • Overseeing the development of Customer Engagement
  • Responsible for the delivery of the service area budget management and business performance
  • Responsible for maintaining and tracking report progress, maximising customer engagement
  • Ensuring safeguarding in our community engagement and development work in line with safeguarding policies

To be successful as a Customer Experience Manager, you will have:
  • A strong enthusiastic management style
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of customer engagement with clearly evidenced outcomes and impacts
  • An innovative approach to customer involvement
  • Experience developing and delivering a range of communication tools which provide clear, consistent, and timely information to external and internal partners
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining partnerships with a range of stakeholders
  • Developed strategies and action plans
