Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team and support numerous schools in Grimsby. We have a full-time position available on a long-term basis, providing essential support to both students and teaching staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students.
- Work collaboratively with students, both in 1:1 settings and within group environments.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when necessary, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of the students in your care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passionate about supporting the educational needs of students.

Pay Range: £83.33 - £95 per day (depending on hours and experience)
These positions are initially available until Easter, with the possibility of extension based on performance and school requirements.
