Cover Supervisor

Contract: Full-time

Location: Grimsby

Start Date: September

Pay Rate: £85 - £120 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a vibrant school in Grimsby. This full-time role is perfect for individuals passionate about education and eager to gain valuable classroom experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide support and guidance to students, fostering their academic progress.
Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the overall school environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
