HGV Class 1 drivers

Challenge-trg are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in Grimsby DN31 3FS

We are recruiting to cover AM & PM shift patterns.

There are various start times available.

AM Start times 03:00-09:00am

PM Start times 14:00pm-24:00pm

Job Role

This role is Trunking, delivering ambient, chilled or frozen work

Fridge experience is key

May be required to do Class 2 when needed, at Class 1 rate.

Days, 16.50

Nights, 17.50

Saturdays, 17.50

Sundays 18.50

What the HGV driver can expect:

Weekly Pay

Guaranteed minimum shift payment of 8 hours

Hourly Pay

24-hour assistance night operation team

The Requirements from the HGV Class 1 Driver

• A full Class 1 HGV Licence held for Min 1 years required
• A valid Drivers CPC Card
• A digital tachograph card
• A full understanding of WTD legislation
• Reliable and excellent time keeping
• Flexible with start times & working days
