Starting Date: ASAP - Hours: 8AM-4PMRate: Starting From £22 per hour

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for healthcare and delivering exceptional services??

In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with our General Manager, Clinical Lead and Lead Nurse to ensure outstanding patient care while driving operational excellence. You’ll bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and analytical skills to manage budgets, achieve KPIs and deliver continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a skilled, engaged team, ensuring high-quality patient care and colleague satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and improving data quality, ensuring compliance with Cancer Waiting Times and National Cancer Audits.
  • Supporting process enhancements and service transformation projects to improve patient experience.
  • Budget management and analysis to drive cost-effective service delivery.
  • Leading by example, fostering collaboration and resilience within your team.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in staff management and HR processes.
  • Strong financial and KPI management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative, problem-solve, and handle challenging conversations.
  • Willingness to register as a CQC Registered Manager.

Desirable:

  • Healthcare or tariff-based service management experience.
  • Level 4/5 qualification in Operational Leadership/Management.
