About the Role:As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons to students at various academic levels. You will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to develop critical thinking and a deeper understanding of human behavior. Your role will involve:
- Planning and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Encouraging student participation and engagement through interactive teaching methods
- Supporting students in their academic and personal development
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field
- A teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching psychology at GCSE or A-Level (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for inspiring students and promoting a love for learning
