We are currently seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant team.

Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities.
- Providing targeted support for students with diverse learning needs.
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with students to boost their confidence and academic progress.
- Supporting students with SEN to overcome barriers to learning and help them achieve their goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people or students with SEN is desirable.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
