An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Analytics Specialistto join our public sector client in Grimsby on a temporary basis to start asap until 1st August 2025.
The Main Purpose of the People Analytics Specialist is:
The purpose of this role is to decipher information from various systems and be able to effectively share it with the wider team.
The People Analytics Specialist Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide clear and relatable analytical reports to various stakeholders within the organisation
- Deep dive into data
- Use analytical consulting methods to address challenges and shape solutions, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Employ storytelling techniques using data visualisations such as dashboards to help stakeholders get to the bottom of issues.
The Perfect People Analytics Specialist will be:
- An expert in data, data systems, and how to use data science to create models and conduct complex data analysis
- Be a problem solver
- Previous experience conducting research design and data analysis along with other forms of evidence to enable effective decision-making
- Be able to understand the way people behave and be able to interpret data to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
