As an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will work in an end-to-end role to oversee the planning and delivery of IT projects while gathering and analysing requirements to shape strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to implementation
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Conduct business process analysis and document requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance, and deployment
- Provide post-implementation support and training
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Expertise in scoping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Prince2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe – You will require your own car and driving license.
Salary: £50,000 + Benefits
