Data Analyst / Contract / Lincolnshire
An urgent requirement has become available for a Data Analyst to join a client of mine on an initial 6 month contract.
This role is based in Grimsby and will require some onsite work, but can largely be worked on a remote basis.
This role is specifically focused around people analytics within the organisation. You will need excellent analytical skills, being able to decipher information from various systems and be able to communicate this information to the wider team
Experience required;
- Use business intelligence tools to explore and organise people data
- Build complex databases of people data
- Work with stakeholders to develop questions and hypotheses to provide insight into people issues
- Conduct research design using quantitative and qualitative methods
- Conduct complex data analysis, and identify patterns and trends in people data
- Create data models
- Create data visualisations and use storytelling techniques to inform decision-making on people issues
Interviews can be conducted right away with a view of starting towards the end of Jan / start of Feb.
