Description
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality in production.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and support to the Quality team.
- Report quality issues to senior management.

Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Experience with HACCP
- Food Safety
- Internal Audit Experience
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and conducting audits.
- Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly within Engineering & Manufacturing.
