Conveyancer - South Humberside
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or experienced fee earner. Offered on a hybrid, full-time permanent basis in South Humberside, this role offers a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions.
The successful Conveyancer will have previous experience in a similar role with at least 1 year PQE handling their own caseload with minimal supervision.
The role:
- Running and managing your own caseload
- Dealing with Freehold/Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages
- Preparing Contract packs
- Investigating and reporting on title
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers
- Exchanges and completions
- Post-completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry
- Compliance including AML and SRA rules and regulations
- Acting for and dealing with lender requirements
- All other reasonable duties in connection with providing an all-round conveyancing service
- Assist with the development of new business and networking
