Person specification:
- A confident and approachable person with an operational background
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Customer focused with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
- Good decision making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
- IT literate
- A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience.
Most importantly, the candidate would ideally have previous experience within the freight forwarding industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team is essential.
