- Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods.

- Overseeing warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Developing warehousing strategies that increase efficiency and productivity.
- Leading, coaching and mentoring warehouse staff to achieve operational objectives.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinating with retail outlets to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Utilising software systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
Profile
A successful 'Warehouse Manager' should have:
- An educational background in business management, logistics or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
