Maintenance Engineer

Manpower are currently recruiting a maintenance engineer for one of our clients in Grimsby.

For this role you will work Monday - Friday 0530 until finish which should be around 8-10 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

To execute Planned Preventative Maintenance as directed by the Senior Management Team to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
To ensure machine utilisation and availability meets production requirements
Monitor and measure performance and downtime

To provide prompt engineering support for all factory activities.
Monitor and challenge response times
Feedback on service provided with stakeholders

To actively promote a safety culture and ensure engineering best practices are achieved within Health and Safety legislation.
Monitor and help implement relevant legislation
Safe working practices -
Ensure compliance
Deliver GAP analyses

To contribute to the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Policy (QR 2.2) of the Company

To contribute fully to the continuous improvement in business performance and maintain effective cross functional relationships.

To monitor contractors and external suppliers as directed by the Senior Management Team.
Performance standards adhered to
Contract issues identified and action taken

To carry out ad hoc projects/investigations as required.
Achievement of specific performance objectives
