Your Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer
- Continuous Improvement: Support site-wide improvement initiatives, ensuring optimal performance.
- Planned Maintenance: Implement lean asset management and execute planned maintenance schedules.
- Technical Support: Assist with equipment start-ups, shutdowns, and size changes, resolving process issues.

- Efficiency & Compliance: Minimise waste, reduce costs, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Has electrical knowledge and practical experience in maintenance.
- Understands lean maintenance practices and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Is familiar with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
