About the Role

As an Operations Manager you'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team and will be responsible for strategic planning as well as improving day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

Our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby, a state-of-the-art CIP plant producing premium quality chilled soups and sauces. The site currently employs around 200 people, whilst turning over 30 million. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we couldn't do it without our team. It is a team where everyone counts where we empower you with trust and give you the freedom to deliver. In everything, we do what we say and accept accountability which allows our customers to trust us to create great tasting, innovative and quality meal solutions.

About You

We are keen to speak to candidates that have a production and food background. If you are currently an Operations Manager within the industry or working as a Factory or Production manager we'd love to hear from you.

The role is based at our site in Grimsby, On-site full time Monday to Friday.
