Our client a leading construction company are lookingfor a Site Manager
The project will include the demoliton of an existing building and construction of a large commercial building in its place
Please note this is a prestige project and as such applicants will have worked within a similar environment.
Ideally we are looking for a local candidate
Applicants must hold the following
- SMSTS
- First aid
- Temporary works cert preferred
- Good knowledge of major demo/refurbishment of old building an advantage
- Good knowledge of procore preferred
- Good IT skills
- Able to monitor programmes
- Carry out sub-contractor site meeting
- Local to Grimsby area
- Willing to work weekends if required
