They operate predominantly in the commercial sector and pride themselves on high standards, quality finishes, and a professional, collaborative approach. Their projects span across Gloucestershire.

The Role:

As a Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of high-value construction projects. You'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standards. Your focus will primarily be on commercial and some residential builds, with strong exterior construction experience being particularly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and devise safe systems of work

Monitor progress against the programme of works and report accordingly

Carry out detailed quality inspections and ensure high standards across all phases

Coordinate and manage both internal teams and subcontractors

Liaise with clients, architects, and other professional consultants

Set out the works and maintain accurate site records

Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to

Represent the business professionally and maintain excellent relationships onsite

Requirements:

Strong background in commercial build projects

Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor experience preferred

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Effective communicator and relationship builder

Strong IT skills and ability to work with modern site systems

Full UK driving license (travel to site required)

Valid CSCS card

SMSTS certified

First Aid and Fire Marshal certificates

Working Hours:

Core days: Monday to Friday

Some weekend and flexible working may be required based on project needs
