Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturer near Grimsby.
The position offers a salary range of £40-45k along with a 5% bonus.
Candidates should have at least Level 3 in mechanical engineering and experience in a heavy industry environment.
The role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance, planning via CMMS, and organizing contractors and spares.
Working hours are flexible, primarily Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based near Grimsby to recruit a Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.

Salary: £40-45k + 5% bonus

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (flexible working hours)

Duties of the Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will include:

Preventative and reactive maintenance on kilns, screw conveyors, and vibrating pumps
Planning preventative maintenance and shutdown periods via CMMS
Organising spares
Organising contractors when required
Reviewing breakdown data and trends to identify asset improvements

This Lead Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role would suit people with the following:

Level 3 or above in mechanical engineering
Experience in a heavy industry environment
Computer literate and willing to work 50% on the tools and 50% office based
