Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Educate students in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect and collaboration.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavour.
- Manage classroom behavour using effective strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching practices.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is advantageous.
- Strong skills in behavour management and communication are essential for success in this role.
- A genuine passion for educating young learners and contributing positively to their development.
