We are looking for aProcess Engineer to join out consultancy company based in the Lincolnshire area. This role is inside the IR35 on a initial one-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a life science background in fields such aspharmaorbiologics.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement process transfers and support activities successfully
- Develop and deliver performance gap analysis
- Highlight and address deviations and identify potential causes and analyse shifts
- Work and engage with customer technical and quality representatives and other project teams
- Small Molecule experience
- Validation Knowledge
- Existing equipment experience.

Essential qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in relevant fields such as biotechnology
- Experience working the in 1k/ 2k mammalian bio pharma process, D/ PD labs, HAZOPs, Process layouts
- Experience in writing URS
