Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting new project in the Northeast Lincolnshire Region.
About the role of Project Manager
Due to several new contract awards, there is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly respected tier 1 Main Contractor in the Northeast Lincolnshire construction team, focusing on a high profile 26m leisure development. If you are passionate about construction with proven technical skills looking for an opportunity to challenge the norm, bringing experience in demolition, temps work, Asbestos, archaeology, refurbishment on an existing RC frame and a new build steel frame.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Substructures through to interior fit out to handover
- Responsible for managing a full site team
- Chairing subcontractor meetings
- Progress reporting and overseeing health & safety
- Checking the workmanship on site making sure it adheres to standards set.
Requirements for Project Manager
- Proven Track record as a Project Manager who has demonstrable project deliver experience on Leisure developments (Ideally cinema experience)
- Experience Working with Tier 1 contractors
- Trade background or Degree BSC construction management.
- CSCS Black
- NVQ level 7
- Taken projects from out of the ground to completion & handover of client.
- Demolition experience.
