- Lead the recruitment of all roles in the business
- Building relationships with internal and external partners
- Provide day to day advice to line managers on all ERÂ
- Coordinate responses to disciplinary and grievance mattersÂ
- Review and develop innovative employee engagement activities
- Drive and implement the company employment survey and collate all results
- Manage the appraisal process
- Source and organise training utilising the apprenticeship levy
- Ensure all key HR Metrics are updated
- Work alongside the SLT to build a performance through culture
- Support on wider HR projects
- A generalist candidate with at least 3 years experience as an advisor
- Experience managing employee relations caseload
- A proven background in HR providing advice and support
- Good employment law knowledge, ideally CIPD level 5 or above
- Excellent energy, confidence and drive to deliver
- Professional and able to form excellent working relationships
- Proficient in IT Systems and Microsoft Packages
