Reed Accountancy are supporting an organisation in the Grimsby area to recruit a purchase ledger assistant to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous accounts payable experience.

Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to manage our purchase ledger processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
