We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a dynamic team in a vibrant educational setting located in Winteringham. Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to a range of learning abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure academic development.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine Maths curriculum materials.
- Participate in school meetings and events, and engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practice.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students' progress, attendance, and any other required documentation.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Mathematics.
- Proven experience in teaching Maths at secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching techniques.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students, fostering an environment of learning and curiosity.
