Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across various subjects (Teachers)
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment (Cover Supervisors)

- Maintain classroom management and support the school's policies and ethos
- Provide support to students' academic and personal development
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent for teaching roles
- Experience working with secondary school students
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A positive and adaptable attitude
- For Cover Supervisors, relevant experience in a supervisory or educational role is desirable
