We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-award-winning company in Grimsby.

The Main Purpose of the Administration AssistantResponsibilities are:

Provide comprehensive and proactive administration support to the directors, head of operations, and other members in the team.

The Administration Assistant Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensure compliance with data protection

Ensure referrals are processed in line with policies

Preparing training resources and collating feedback

Serving as the first point of contact for clients and external parties

Maintain an up-to-date diary for the team

Ensure accurate messages are taken for the team and delivered in a timely manner

Prepare and distribute documentation including letters and reports

Following and championing processes and procedures

Supporting with the recruitment process, including DBS checks

Ensure all referral information and notes are updated in the bespoke CRM system

Handle payments

The Perfect Administration Assistant will be:

Be confident in professionally challenging the way things are done and influence to enable effective change
