Position: Software Developer (Full Stack)Salary: up to £45,000Contract: Fixed Term (2 years)Working Model (Hybrid)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer on behalf of our client to join their in-house development team. The team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing their system. This role involves developing new modules and features using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as working with their database platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the system using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new modules.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings.
- Provide on-call support as part of the rota (1 in every 6 weeks +Â pay advancement).
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with database management systems such as Oracle or similar.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with database platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Working Environment:
- Flexible working arrangements with 1 day a week in the office (potentially increasing to 2 days).
- Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth.
- Reporting to the Head Software Engineer.

- Remote exploratory interview (15 minutes) to discuss experience and review GitHub account.
- Formal interview (1 hour) with a technical test (onsite if required).
