About the Role

Vico Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Controller to join our clients team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of service activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

Efficiently schedule and allocate service jobs to field engineers/technicians.

Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service tasks.

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service teams, providing updates and resolving queries.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job logs, parts usage, and customer interactions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Assist in managing workloads, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing service efficiency.


Requirements

Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role.
