Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated  Junior Residential Negotiator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong ability to close deals. You will be responsible for managing the sales and lettings process, ensuring our clients and applicants receive an outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing client relationships, including initial consultations, property viewings, and negotiations.
Generating new business through marketing strategies, networking, and client referrals.
Preparing and presenting properties for sale or rent in the best possible manner.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork.
Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets.
Keeping up to date with property market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in estate agency or property sales/lettings (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Strong knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
Full UK driving license.
