The Head of Client Services (Director) will lead, inspire and motivate the team of client facing managers and officers etc. playing a key role in all strategic, operational, and financial aspects of a well-established independent trust company in Guernsey.

The role involves driving growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of service for clients.

The Executive Director will report to the Managing Director and work closely with stakeholders to shape the company’s strategic vision, develop and nurture client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve company growth and profitability.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and client-focused service.
  • Monitor financial performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient operational processes.
  • Represent the company publicly and enhance its brand and reputation in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven executive experience in the trust and corporate services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of Guernsey regulatory requirements and trust structures.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (STEP, ACA, ACCA, or similar) preferred.
