- Private Wealth/Trust
- Develop and refine Trust operational processes for continuous improvement.
- Train and support Trust teams to ensure high service standards and compliance; assist with technical trust inquiries.
- Knowledgeable in Trust and Company Administration, acting as an "A" Signatory.
- Manage client relationships alongside a Trust Manager and their team.
- Monitor performance related to financial success (e.g., billing processes, timesheets, aged debt).
- Supervise quarter-end and annual billing processes in coordination with Accounting, Finance, and senior management
- Prior experience in Private Wealth/Trust space managing Operations in a client facing position.
- Previous experience managing a team.
- Prior experience implementing Technology and system projects is a bonus Â
