As a Trust Manager, you will lead a team of relationship managers and administrators while managing a portfolio of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Management

  • Oversee team operations, including cash management, discretionary powers, record maintenance, and investment portfolio reviews.
  • Provide management reports and attend meetings to enhance internal practices.
  • Resolve complex client issues while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

Profitability

  • Ensure staff meet chargeable utilization targets.
  • Oversee timely invoicing and payment collection.
  • Monitor aged debtors and follow up on payments.

Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and intermediaries.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and cross-sell services.

Team Supervision

  • Set SMART objectives and manage performance.
  • Provide feedback, training, and appraisals.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure successful completion.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements.
  • Complete review compliance and track action points.
  • Ensure client due diligence (CDD) aligns with Risk & Compliance guidelines.
  • Manage client portfolios within regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA, ACCA).
  • Has strong experience in offshore trust and company administration.
  • Possesses excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates experience in successfully managing a team and meeting billing/cash collection targets and deadlines.
