What you will do:

  • Lead and support the Children In Need team to deliver high-quality services.

  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing supervision and training where necessary.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Children In Need services by implementing policies and programs.
