As a key player within the business, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures across Private Client, Corporate, and Funds services. Your work will ensure we remain compliant, efficient, and aligned with our culture and values.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement effective policies tailored to each of our service sectors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices
  • Review and update internal documentation in line with legislative and strategic changes
  • Develop accessible guidance and tools to support company-wide adherence
  • Act as the go-to subject expert for policy development and interpretation
  • Research current market trends and regulatory updates to inform internal practices
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and drive areas for improvement

Your Expertise

  • Strong analytical and research skills to deliver accurate, evidence-based insights
  • Confidence in presenting complex information to inform executive decision-making
  • Deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, and risk teams to proactively manage policy risks
  • Proven track record of optimising processes to enhance compliance and operational performance
  • Ability to train, engage and support internal teams through change
  • A true ambassador for operational excellence and compliance
