One of our successful FE Colleges in the Channel Islands is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Business and Management Lecturer to join them in January. As a Business and Management Lecturer, you will undertake an important role at the College, which is committed to providing exceptional education and a nurturing environment for students, across a wide range of exciting courses. You will be responsible for delivery of the Business and Management courses. Your high quality teaching and assessment of students' work will help students achieve their qualifications, preparing them for further/higher education, training or employment.  An experienced and qualified teacher, you will also have either significant experience in business and management, or have delivered up to a least up to Level 5 on management programmes. You will have an outward facing approach to engage students in gaining relevant experience. You will have a passion for lecturing and assessing qualifications such as those awarded by BTEC, CMI, CIPD and VTCT.This Business and Management Lecturer role is a full-time contract from 6th January to 27th June, although there may be potential for this to become a permanent role for the right candidate.

Skills and requirements:

  • Level 5 teaching qualification or QTLS
  • Right to work in the UK
  • DBS on the update service, or willing to apply
  • Solid background in Lecturing in Business and Management
  • Inspirational, driven and passionate lecturer
  • Available to start in January.
