The role & Responsibilities

ü Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.

ü Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

ü Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise court dates.

ü Liaise with clients, court officials, and third parties in a professional manner.

ü Maintain and update client files.

Experience required

ü Experience preferred in a Secretarial/PA role

ü Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.

ü Excellent organisation skills: diary management, electronic filing, typing, billing

ü Audio typing an advantage

ü Attention to detail, prides themselves on getting things right first time

ü Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

ü Knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
